Here at Luxe we are loving our new Peanut Butter Cup dessert protein flavour and what better way to enjoy the flavours than in a wholesome Peanut Butter Cup & Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding. Packed with protein and ingredients that make it a delicious dessert or even breakfast with the chia seeds adding a morning taste.
Simple to make our recipe serves two. If you're into chocolate & peanut butter as much as we are I'm sure you will love this!

Ingredients
2 cups almond milk
½ cup chia seeds
2 Tbsp. peanut butter (smooth)
¼ cup peanut butter (crunchy)
¼ cup roasted unsalted peanuts
1 heaped spoon Luxe Peanut Butter Cup Protein Powder
2 heaped spoon Luxe Chocolate Protein Powder
2 tsp Cocoa Powder
2 Bananas
1 Tsp Maple Syrup
¼ cup coconut cream
Dark chocolate – Garnish
Edible Flowers – Garnish
Instructions
In mixing bowl combine 1 cup almond milk, ¼ cup chia seed, 2 Tbsp. smooth peanut butter & 1 heaped spoon Luxe Peanut Butter Cup Protein Powder. Whisk to combine.
In a separate mixing bowl combine 1 cup almond milk, ¼ cup chia seed, 1 tsp cocoa powder & 1 heaped spoon Luxe Chocolate Protein Powder. Whisk to combine. Place both bowls in fridge and leave for 8 hours to set.
In glasses start layering puddings. First layer chocolate chia pudding between the 2 glasses. Then add crunchy peanut butter & peanuts for layer two. For the third layer add peanut butter chia pudding mix.
In blender combine Bananas, 1tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp maple syrup, ¼ cup coconut cream & 1 heaped spoon of Luxe Chocolate protein powder. Blend to smooth. Add to glasses as fourth layer.
Top with dark chocolate, roasted peanuts and edible flowers for garnish.
