Healthy and Delicious High Protein Pancakes

These high protein pancakes are one of our favorite breakfasts proving you can start your day with a healthy and nutritious meal is delicious!

Try whipping these up to start your weekend - with 5 simple ingredients there's no reason not to start your day with a breakfast that fills you up and tastes great.

Ingredients

1 scoop of Luxe Womens Protein Powder

3 egg whites

1/2 cup of raw oats

1/4 cup cottage cheese

Small handful of frozen berries

 

Directions

1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.

2. Pour over a hot pan.

3. Flip when the edges start browning, approximately 30 seconds to 1 minute. (cover the pancakes while they cook to help the inside cook)

4. Serve with toppings such as frozen berries
