Ingredients
1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries or blueberries
3/4 cup trim milk, almond milk or any other alternative
1 serving of Luxe Protein Powder
1/4 cup natural yoghurt
How to Make
1. Put milk (or milk alternative), yoghurt, berries and 1 serving of Luxe Protein Powder in blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
